Greetings, dear customer!

We are still experiencing a large number of support inquiries being submitted in via our now defunct inbox support@quick.no. As our customer base—and hence the number of submissions—increases, we need robust systems and routines in place in order to manage cases as efficiently as possible.

Therefore, we wish to remind you that all support inquiries are to be submitted exclusively through our ticket form in the Customer Service Portal. These submissions are quicker to categorize, sooner assigned to an agent, and decreases overall response time. This not only benefits us, but also you as a customer in the form of swifter responses.
