Service Message 2025.09.26: Trouble creating orders

Some users are having trouble creating orders after our last update. Quick Systems is aware of the issue and we are investigating.

In the meantime, we ask that all users who are experiencing this issue to try the following:
- On your Resource Card, under Settings, make sure that your Default Profile and Order Templates all have set values.
- Ensure that the Order Template -> Default under Client Configuration -> Sales also has a set value.
- Press CTRL+F5 - or press CTRL and click the Refresh button next to the URL bar - to force a refresh of Quick3.
- For customers using Google Chrome, Press F12 on your keyboard to bring up the development tools. Navigate to Application in the tabs up top, then Storage in the menu on the left. Click the "Clear Site Data" button, close the developer tools, and restart Chrome. NOTE: This step will force the user to log in again after restarting.
