Responsibilities

Quick Systems AS guarantees that the software will function substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt. In the event of any errors or problems, Quick Systems AS's full liability is limited to remedying them if this is possible within a reasonable time. If remedying them is not possible, the customer is entitled to a proportionate price reduction of the monthly license fee that reflects the effect of the deviation. Such a price reduction may never exceed 30% of the monthly license fee and shall be made effective upon written request from the customer.

Quick Systems AS disclaims any liability for losses and damages of any kind (including without limitation loss of profit, loss of information, loss of data or other financial loss) arising from the installation or use of the software. Quick Systems AS's full liability is limited to an amount equivalent to 12 months' license fee actually paid by the customer at the time of the claim. If the customer at the time of the claim has not yet paid the 12 months' license fee, Quick Systems AS' liability is limited to the total amount actually paid by the customer under the maintenance agreement up to that time.

The software can only be used by the number of users for whom a license has been purchased. The software can only be used when a valid maintenance agreement has been signed and paid for.
