Tuesday: 09:00 - 16:00
Wednesday: 08:30 - 16:00
Thursday: 08:30 - 16:00
Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
Weekend: Closed
As you can see, only our Tuesday opening hours are affected. Our other hours remain the same. Remember that we also continuously process tickets from our Customer Service Portal, and our User Manual is still open 24/7.
